Film "Les initiés" (Boiler Room en VO).

Bonsoir à tous,

J'ai vu ce weekend le film "Les initiés" réalisé en 2000 avec Vin Diesel, qui lui-même donnera "Le loup de Wall Street".
L'histoire est donc la même, celle de Jordan Belfort qui s'enrichie avec des commissions conséquentes.

Le film est sympa.

Par contre, d'un point de vue économique j'ai du mal à suivre...
Quel est l'intérêt pour la société JT Marlin de vendre ces actions là en particulier ?
L'objectif est de "bricoler" des IPO et de faire monter le cours des sociétés qui entrent en bourse ?

Si d'autres l'ont vu, je suis curieux d'avoir votre avis.
